Skin Food - Black bean nose pack
First thing I noticed when I opened the box was how much the products. It smelt like crap.. I can get headaches if I smell it for long periods of time.. 
I wasn't quick to judge on the product though, I was still willing to give it a chance. This product was extremely painful to use. Felt like I was ripping my skin off. But it did a good job of getting rid of black heads! I'm more used to Biore strips but this product does a better job than Biore of getting rid of your gunk. Once I applied the strip to my nose though.. it tightened to a point I didn't feel comfortable.. but seeing the results.. I would definitely go through the pain for the same results.

The Body Shop Candied Ginger review
I bought these few products from The Body Shop over Christmas break, at first I was unsure about the "ginger," it didn't sound nice at all until I got a whiff of the product. I don't know how to describe the scent but I figure, it smells like ginger beer! Well ginger beer doesn't smell but.. it smells like the taste of ginger beer? Make sense? If not, kinda like a lollipop scent with a hint of ginger. All you need to know is this line smells freaking good!
I hate the feeling of sticky lipglosses/lipbalms/lipsticks. Feels so yukky but with this product, it's
only slightly sticky so it doesn't irritate me to an extreme point. You will only
need a small amount to cover your lips, a little goes a long way.
This scrub is surprisingly gentle, I expected it to be similar to the previous exfoliants/scrubs I have used which felt harsh on the skin and if you scrubbed hard enough you could hurt yourself with.
Even though it's gentle it's effectiveness doesn't fall under the harsher scrubs. After using this product my skin looks somewhat brighter, has a slight glow and feels a hell lot softer!
Candied Ginger body butter ♥ The Body shop's body butters are one of the top selling
products in store. They are amazing at moisturizing skin, although they're a bite in the wallet, the effectiveness of the product is definitely worth what they're sold for. And they do last for ages! :)
The texture is very creamy and absorbs quickly on the skin + it leaves you smelling great! The smell of
the body butter lasts for atleast 4-5 hours!
up my bathroom with the "Candied ginger" scent. Mmm ;3 But honestly for the pricetag it isn't worth it.
Many body washes from the supermarket can have the same effect. Not to say this isn't
a great product, it is but many other products can offer the same benefits for a lower price tag.

Gatsby moving rubber review - Spiky edge, Grunge mat, Wild shake and Loose shuffle
Tbh I was running out of post ideas so I resulted to doing a review on Gatsby Moving Rubber! :D
I'm a frequent user of Gatsby but I wouldn't say I'm one of those Gatsby fanboys "omg Gatsby omg omg omg" :/ I use a different colour for a different purpose.. they're probably not designed for the
hair purposes I use them for but they work for me so hey! ;)
I'll start off with the basic info for the Gatsby noobs, Gatsby Moving Rubber is a Japanese hair wax. It's designed for guys but I don't see why girls can't use it. :) I remember this product being all the hype in
my Bebo days. Everybody was raving about these babies saying they were the best of the best! :D I get the regular size which is 80g and this usually lasts me for 5-6 months. So it's a good deal for it's buck. The line has several different formulas, each fit with a different purpose, gloss level and hold.
The pink one's the one I use the most and is also the most popular of the Gatsby line. It has a strong hold, I never have to use hairspray after because it holds for pretty much the whole day but I find it difficult to get out of my hair, apart from that everything is *thumbs up*. I use "Spiky edge" to add volume to my limp, flat asian hair >:D I don't have to use a lot of product, my hair is half way down my back and I only need a dab of product for my whole head.
This one was my favourite before I used "Spiky edge." I use this product to define my layers. I only use this product when I have straight hair as the only purpose I have for it is to achieve a minimal "scene" hairstyle
I don't have a lot to say about this one.
I don't use this one a lot simply coz it does little to nothing for me. This product was created to give the "matte/no shine" effect and to add some texture to the hair. I use this n my very VERY lazy days where I grab some of the product and roughly distribute it in my hair. It's strength isn't strong so it doesn't make my hair go all crazy and stand on end when I roughly rub it in my hair. Grunge mat isn't sticky at all and it's great for those looking for natural looking volume in their hair or that slight "bounce."
Last but not least, I use dis orangee wun to add texture to my hair or to achieve the "bed head/messy" type look. I don't like using this product on poker straight hair as it's not flattering, for me anyways. As for the strength of the hold, it's quite weak. You'll have to fix it with hair spray if you want your hair style to last the day but that wasn't a biggie for me. The texture is a little too sticky for my liking (you have to distribute the product very quickly, as it does dry very fast. After a few moments it's hard to style with and becomes overly sticky) but this is still a great product! :)
I ALMOST FORGOT! Every single formula smells of green apples! <333

DIY - Au naturel lip exfoliator.
What you will need :
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp honey
This natural lip exfoliator is very simple to create. All you have to do is mix all the above ingredients together then apply it to your lips.
Once applied to the lips, use an old moistened toothbrush and gently massage the product in a circular motion for 20 seconds then wash off and apply lip balm! :D
There is nothing more unattractive than dry, flaky lips. Above is a simple remedy to prevent/get rid of dry lips and leave them feeling noticeably softer. Also lip gloss and lippy applies a lot smoother afterwards! Plus it's cost effective and easy to make! ♥
What is the cause of dry, flakey lips?
Our lips contain no oil glands. So when they're not properly taken care of they easily chap and flake.
So why is this mixture so effective?
That's because it contains olive oil and olive oil is well known for
it's moisturizing properties. This is because olive oil's fat composition is very similar to that of human skin, it rarely causes allergic reactions. In addition, it's absorbed quickly and helps lock in moisture in the skin.
The brown sugar in the mixture helps scrub away all the dead skin while the honey
cleanses the face, removes bacteria and locks in moisture.
Give this remedy a go, you will not be dissapointed :D

Cellphones cause acne?
So recently my skin has decided to be a total bitchachos and break out like crazy. They weren't like normal pimples.. they were a lot worse but to save you all from disgust I won't describe them. What made things weirder was that the breakouts were all located on one spot of my face, on the right side around the hair line.
This was very strange, it has never happened to me before. I wash my face twice daily.. I didn't understand at all. For the next few days I cleansed like a maniac. 5 Times a day at most but it did nothing.. so i decided to do a little research. (HALLELUJAH for Google!) And I found out the cause of my acne can be because of my phone.
Wait, phones can cause acne? Weird but true.
So with the help of Google I found out that constant use of a mobile phone can cause bacteria build up on the screen. And placing it near your face can cause clogged pores that cause skin irritation and even worse, acne! If I think about it, it's not suprising at all. My hands go through the day touching door handles, food, table tops, keyboards and what not. I also find that I place my phone on top of restaurant tables, public bathroom counter tops frequently. And all those germs/bacteria/yukky stuff is transferred onto my mobile phone. D:
And according to a report I read on this issue, "cell phone handsets are more contaminated than shoes, door knobs and toilets." gross! D:<
There is only one solution to this problem, chuck out my phone and get a new one D: If you didn't catch on,
that was a joke btw. All I needed to do was to wipe my phone screen and clean it regularly to avoid unnecessary bacteria from getting onto my skin. It is also important to keep your hands clean. It's as simple as that.
For now I'm gonna carry on using my new facewash by 10.0.6 (which I will write a review on very soon!) and hope the acne goes away in the next few days!

Review : Geo Angel brown lenses

Okay so I had a pair of these lenses earlier on in the year. Sadly they ripped so I couldn't wear them, only recently I decided to buy another pair simply because I love the tone of brown
and pattern Geo used in this lens.
The tone of brown looks very flattering on dark eyes. When I look at the design of these lenses, they look rather cartoon-ish? and dolly-like. I was unsure of these lenses when I first saw them but once they were in my eyes they didn't look bad at all. They look subtle and natural until one was to look at your eyes close-up.
Although they are subtle they add a very pretty sparkle to the eyes.
These lenses are very comfortable and I don't feel any
hint of discomfort in the first 6 hours, so comfortable to a point I forget I'm wearing them. They also offer an obvious enlargement in eye size. There's
a very dark, defined outer ring which gives off the enlarging effect. The ring creates an overall
innocent/dolly eyed look.
(was too lazy to do my eye makeup, so this will have to do) ;P
Overall I think these lenses are perfect for those searching for a natural looking lens with an enlarging effect.

Circle lenses : Basic care and information
So lets start off with the basic questions.
What are circle lenses?
Circle lenses are like your average contact lenses but contain a larger diametre. They are created for those who want bigger looking, dolly-like eyes. These lenses are very popular among Asian teenagers and their popularity is spreading it's wings towards Western countries.
Introducing my Brazilian friend who is also seen sporting the Asian trend (>^^)>

Are circle lenses safe to use?
Ok a lot of people will have different opinions on this question but in my opinion, no.
I reckon if you take care of your lenses properly, clean them properly and follow the basic care tips, you will be fine. Also not wearing them for longer than 8 hours a day or on a regular basis. Also for the stupid and uninitiated, NEVER share your lenses!
( Note : Circle lenses are thicker than regular contact lenses which makes it harder for oxygen to reach your cornea, so wearing them on a daily basis is not a good idea!)
How do I take care of my circle lenses?
Basic steps to caring for your circle cleans. After each use store your lenses in fresh solution, never use old solution! It is also important to not wear the lenses for more than 6-8 hours as they can be
potentially damaging after that. Make sure your hands are thoroughly clean
when applying or taking out circle lenses. Never wear your lenses to bed. If you
experience any discomfort at all, take your lenses out.
Always put on lenses before you apply your make up :)
Don't use the lenses for over a year.

How to put in circle lenses
- To start off, make sure your hands are clean
- Place the lens on your index finger of the hand corresponding to the eye your putting the lens in
- Using the index finger of your other hand gently pull down your lower eyelid
- Now it's time to put it your lens, don't look directly at your finger moving towards your eye as this will cause your eyelids to naturally react and close.
- Once the lens is in your eye, release the finger tugging onto your lower eyelid and blink.
Taking out circle lenses
- Again, start off with clean hands
- Ok for beginners, use your index finger to lower your lower eyelid.
- Then drag the lens downwards, this will create a bubble under the lens.
- Now you pinch the lens, be careful not to pinch your eye -_-
- Once you get use to this technique, you will soon be able to pinch out the lens without having to move your lower eyelid or lowering the lens.

Review: Geo tri-colour brown lenses

Well the title is pretty self explanatory but for the slow, I will be doing a short review on the Geo tri-colour brown lenses.
I've had these lenses for a fair 3 months. Each time I wear them I usually have them in for up to 6 hours but any longer my eyes would start to feel quite dry. But during the 6 hours I don't feel any discomfort at all, nor do I feel the need for any eye drops.
These lenses look very realistic as they have a slight grey ring on the outside, two tones of brown intertwining as the main ring and a slight golden yellow/orange inner ring. They are very close to a hazel colour. In some lightings they can make the eyes appear a greeny-brown and because there are 3 tones in the lenses, they look very natural. They offers a subtle change of eye colour, but I realize the colour is much more vibrant and noticeable in photographs than they are in real life.
These lenses don't give off any effect of enlargement, they're exactly 14mm and are solely for colour change purposes.
Overall I like the colour of these lenses, if you're going for a natural look but want the noticeable colour then I would strongly recommend these . For me I do prefer lenses which give off enlargement so these are a little down buzz for me but they look really nice on the eye nevertheless.
